Abstract
Bile reflux is a complication that could develop in patients with total gastrectomy. The role of biliary reflux in Barrett's esophagus after a total gastrectomy continues to be controversial. Therefore, we report a series of three cases that describe the development of BE after total gastrectomy and provides additional support on the role that bile reflux plays in patients with BE.
